Effective January 1, 2012, our prices will be increasing to better service your plumbing needs. Below you will find our price increase schedule. We hope to continue to be your go to plumber.

We will be implementing a service charge on all calls in addition to the hourly charge. Prices are as follows:

Homeowners / Townhomes - $25.00

Condominium Association - $35.00

Commercial and Industrial - $45.00

Hourly Charges will be increased as well:

Homeowners / Townhomes – $90.00 per hour

Condominium Association - $100.00 per hour

Commercial and Industrial: $110.00 per hour

Any service calls that require same day assistance will be billed at an emergency rate.

Emergency rate hours are billed for any calls between the hours of 5:00pm–8:00am that require immediate assistance.

Any jobs where the material cost exceed $500.00, material costs must be paid in advance for scheduling to be done. 

Effective January 1, 2012 any open invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days will be charged a finance rate at 3%. 

There will still be a warranty on work performed for 1 year.
